Literary Visions
Featuring original paintings inspired by poetry and prose written by Winter Getaway faculty.
April 2 - August 24, 2025
Enjoy this exhibition that connected artists and writers in fall 2024, leading up to Murphy Writing's 31st annual Winter Poetry & Prose Getaway. Faculty from this writers’ conference submitted writing samples, which inspired visual artwork created by local artists and Stockton University Visual Arts students.
Each January, 200 writers gather to advance their craft and energize their writing at the Winter Poetry & Prose Getaway. Murphy Writing offers additional in-person and online programming year-round, including supportive workshops in poetry, fiction, nonfiction, memoir, songwriting, storytelling and more.
